Beef Minute Steak - Grass Fed | Angus Cross | Slowly Reared | Dry-Aged | Pasture Raised

Two thinly sliced steaks taken from the rear end of the animal, these steaks are perfect for a quick after work supper or as part of a BBQ (check out our BBQ box), they are best when cooked briefly  - hence the name! Between a minute and 90 seconds on each side, depending how well done you like it, and then a few minutes to rest. These are brilliant marinated or served with chimichurri (our finely honed recipe is here) or just kept simple. 

Our grass fed beef has been raised on our regeneratively farmed pastures and herbal leys, grazing a variety of grasses, herbs and some root crops, to extract many different nutrients. All of which contribute to the fantastic taste.

All our meat will arrive with you already frozen, to go straight in to your freezer, or ready to be defrosted and turned in to something delicious. 

We aim to use the minimum amount of plastic when wrapping your meat products. Unfortunately at the moment we haven't found an alternative material which stores the meat so well for so long. Therefore, in the interest of reducing food wastage, we continue to shrink wrap in food grade plastic. This is something we regularly monitor, with a view to changing when possible.
